- 1 / 5By Jess VitatoeWe usually love their food but lately things have been bad. We got a take out order and it was all cold and soggy and burnt. We bring it back and they microwave it and give it back. Which its now even more soggy and burnt. Plus the red headed kitchen manager refused to replace the food or give a refund. He was very rude not polite at all. Customer service sucks badly.January 16, 2017
