  Usually fast, friendly service, but this was an anomaly. Last time here service was slow, maybe so new workers, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. This time, we waited nearly 15 minutes after being seated. Then after placing our order, everyone else that came after us receiving their order, we left after 30 minutes. No waitress in this time, mind you. Horrible service. Please avoid this cool springs location.

  The manager yesterday was super nice and very hands on. Our food was hot and our order was served super fast.

  We love Cracker Barrel but this particular one needs to hire more workers. You have to wait too long. The food was good as usual though.

  Always good food and service. Updating: disappointed, no longer carry Egg Beaters and turkey bacon. They offer egg whites (ick) and turkey patties
