  Went here for lunch, on a Friday around noon. They have valet parking, or you can park in the adjacent parking garage. Went in, was seated promptly (plenty of seating). It couldn't have taken more than a couple minutes for wait staff to attend to me. I ordered a coke, the butcher cut bacon cheeseburger, and an order of Parmesan fries, which all came out within maybe 10-15 minutes.
  
  The burger patties were thin, not bad, but unexceptional, and the sauce was a little sweet for my taste -- also very thin, drippy. That little red bottle of sauce was something like an even sweeter ketchup. The bacon was thick cut, and better than average. Don't get me wrong, it was a decent burger, but forgettable, especially at the price they're charging.
  
  The fries were better than average, I thought. Crisp, and not fried too long. The Parmesan didn't add a whole lot to the equation, though. Again, forgettable given what they're charging. They did have lemon-parmesan broccolini for the same price, and I'm sure I would have been happier had I made that choice.
  
  The total came to almost $20, before tip, more than I'd usually consider paying for lunch. I'd give them another shot, but probably not for lunch. The lunch menu is pretty limited, and in my mind the ambiance is better suited to dinner/drinks anyway.

  Great food, great atmosphere, really nice attentive waitress, and the manager really cared about us having a wonderful experience. It is a bit pricey but worth it!

  The 1st dinner and service at the bar was GREAT.. But since then we have had 3 horrible dining experiences here.. Walked out the last time due to a horrible wait and staff experience. AND we are in their loyalty program!. Hopefully its just the new restaurant wearing off.. But it will be a while before we go back for sure..They seem to not put any love into making the food.. We were most definately disappointed.
