  I don't think I have ever had a worse experience in my lifetime. I am not one to typically give bad reviews, because I have been in the service industry for 10 years. This was AWFUL. It was a two hour wait (we didn't mind because we went next door and got some dinner) the girl who took my name and number wrote it on a small post it note, and half way through our time, I felt like I should call to be sure we still had a reservation because of the way it was handled. Of course, nope, they had "no record of me being there" so we started the two hours over again. Both times that I had to call, the lady on the phone was nothing less that plain rude. When we arrived, there were three open, and dirty lanes, and the lady told me that other parties had extended their time and we would have to keep waiting. So we waited in the bar area and finally went up and were like "look these lanes are open, their dirty, but we will still take them." We weren't there very long, the service was decent, but absolutely everything prior to that is what would make anyone else in the Franklin/Brentwood area never want to step foot in this place again. Not impressed at ALL.

  Well, after 4 visits we were finally able to get a lane. This place stays very busy on the weekends so we decided to go on a Thursday night the last time. Very nice facility and food was just okay to me. My husband's boneless chicken tenders were excellent but my grilled chicken wings were dry and a little burnt. Nice big screens to watch the Titan game though. This place is not worth all the hype.

  Booked a birthday party with an event coordinator, guests show up and ask where to go since we had not arrived - they were told there was no reservation under my name. We show up they tell me the same thing! I showed them the confirm email I was sent and gave the ladies name that booked the party and after making phone calls they found my reservation. But I was told they would "let" us bowl on one lane. Our entire party enjoyed the bowling, food and atmosphere for the most part but the customer service is POOR! The manager Danny was extremely rude and could careless that the issue occurred! The front desk girls were not at all polite either. When people pay to have a party somewhere they expect different treatment. I would never again go back here and would not recommend to anyone either!!
