  I'm a big fan of this location. Good people. Almost always helpful. Fast. It doesn't seem to be crowded when I go, even during lunch. Moderate outdoor seating. People do camp out and have one-on-one meetings here. They have some seating at the windows as well. Parking isn't too tough here. There is another Starbucks about 5 minutes away down Maryland Way, but this location is much faster although a little smaller. I think the seating is about the same if you include outdoor seating, but I may be off on that one. I just can't ever find seating at the other location, so I often drive past it to get to this one. No drive through, but they are still quick enough it hasn't been a problem for me.

  So, I just had the most disappointing experience at the Brentwood Starbucks. As someone who lives and works in Brentwood, this Starbucks has been my go to coffee shop since they opened. Recently, I purchased a large double wall plastic cup for my hubby. The cup cracked inside after he poured hot tea into the cup. I took it back hoping for the exchange. Not only did that it happen but the manager was too busy to talk. The good news is Brentwood had some amazing local coffee options for me to chose from.
